According to the fact sheet, the suites are delivered furnished and equipped: custom-built cabinets and panels, furniture, air conditioning, television, minibar, safe, fully equipped bathroom and linens. The Super Deluxe has a soaking tub and the Master has a private terrace with hot tub.

The 6th floor holds the pool, the sauna, the rooftop bar and the rooftop restaurant; the ground floor has the reception, café, restaurant and 2 meeting rooms. There is 24-hour reception and security and a backup generator for power outages.
